I am experiencing similar symptoms to yours, although the phase of electric shock has diminished some time ago.
I am nearing 6cm femur with gnail, and my right leg is now in constant pain, like 100% of the time. I feel a burning sensation, skin hypersensitivity, and pins and needles.

What really helps is pausing the limb lengthening for a few days.

This is what I did when I reached 4cm and 5cm as well.

In your situation, since you have finished the limb lengthening, things should return to normal soon (or at least this is what I continue to come across).
