Currently, I am undergoing bilateral femoral limb lengthening procedures and have experienced nerve pain in my right shin at approximately 2-3 cm. However, at 4.5 cm, the discomfort has disappeared. On the other hand, I am now encountering some nerve pain in my left shin when I stretch my left hip flexors.

I am considering undergoing precise tibial limb lengthening procedures to achieve an additional 2.2 cm. Do you recommend sticking to a lengthening range of 4-5 cm? I tend to feel anxious when I come across posts discussing similar experiences.
