It is widely understood that short men, in general, often experience poor mental health, and typically, the shorter they are, the poorer their mental health tends to be.

Thus, I am curious if there exists any solid research on this topic. I seek to understand what diseases/disorders/disadvantages being short as a man correlates with, concerning emotional functioning, mental stress, and social functioning.

Furthermore, if there are any reputable studies regarding girls, please share those as well. Any response will be greatly valued.

Short women face discrimination, rejection, or stigma to the same extent as short men. I understand this from my experience of dealing with stigma for most of my adult life.

However, I am aware that shorter men handle heightism the least well. Moreover, I believe the suicide rate among short men is significant.

No they do not and no you have not. Your negative demeanor is the reason people dislike you.

I believe short women are not treated precisely the same as tall women in every context. Nevertheless, claiming that short women are treated as poorly as short men because of height is absurd.
