    What occurs to your mental health if, for 6 months, you are by yourself undertaking LL in a country where you are unfamiliar with anyone and do not encounter anyone? Is it possible to address this issue through Zoom by conversing with friends or strangers? Can Zoom serve as a substitute for genuine social interactions to prevent you from losing your sanity?
