Hello, I am Yusuf, I am 23 years old. I was born in Diyarbakır, which is a part of Turkey. My height is 1.62 and I noticed in my 20s that my short height made a big difference compared to my peers. The fact that people in the social circle were taller than me, and most importantly, the fact that I was not normal, prevented me from being disabled in life. The clothes did not suit me. He was able to capture the necessary information while talking to people. I constantly wanted to do something to increase my height, and the solutions I found did not really increase my height in the years. While I was going to the University in Mersin, I researched this research, which attracted my attention and the first thing that came to my mind was the reviews of those who had this job done, and I read that this surgery had the best result from what I saw in Turkey and in the world. The person who had this surgery was one night and our phone call lasted 3 hours and I hung up the phone and couldn’t hold back my tears because I said there was such a thing and it was successful and the outlook of his life changed that night. This surgery was planned for 2.5 years. It was the beginning of creating the infrastructure.

I didn’t have any money for the surgery and I needed money, my father was not rich, there was no inheritance and I was financially dependent and I had to establish the foundation and build the building and build it and watch the healthy view 🙂

At first I had never told my family and I was only focused on making money for this job and was working as a waiter while I was studying in Mersin and it was very difficult to both study and save money for the surgery and I suspended my studies this was crazy because school was my career and this surgery was that important for me I worked in the service sector in different cities for 1.5 years and my last stop was Istanbul.

Finally I decided to tell someone in my family about the surgery and this was my sister, years ago my sister had a height increase surgery by a different doctor and she was very surprised when she heard that I would have this surgery because she had this surgery too but she had introduced it to us as a deformity surgery which was a second shock for me. However, she had had an aesthetic height increase surgery. And since the wrong fixator was used, both the process and the result were bad. And my family was definitely against me because of this example and my relationship with my family was bad for a while. The process of collecting the money needed for the surgery was really difficult, it took me 2.5 years, but during this process, I was in touch with the doctor and the people who had the surgery and I contacted many people. : The most important stage was choosing a doctor and there are centers in Istanbul that perform this surgery. I saw all of them and had the opportunity to talk to their patients, but they all said to have the surgery, the process is easy and goes well, you can come back in a short time, but these were the same opinions as the doctor who performed the wrong surgery on my sister and I did not trust him. Because to be realistic, it is risky and the process can be difficult for you.

However, I met Professor Dr Halil İbrahim Balcı, who was a professional in every sense and a “Real Doctor” who would touch my life soon and I had a lot of communication with my teacher and I decided to have surgery at Prof. Dr Halil İbrahim Balcı because he was the only doctor who told me not to have this surgery, in fact this sentence was a guarantee that I would have the surgery 🙂 and he operated on really sick people. He did not want me to have such a surgery because the process was difficult.

What was important to me was trust and realism, in this sense I had infinite trust in Prof. Dr Halil İbrahim Balcı And friends, the fairy tale was coming true, I had provided the necessary financial means for the surgery that I had been postponing constantly and it was almost time for me to get my days, weeks, months of work, tears and efforts for this job on my own. And finally, I had received a surgery date of 26.06 2024 and everything was ready.

And I had a psychology like steel for this surgery that was close to my dreams and I believed it There were only minutes left for me to go into surgery and my valuable doctor Prof. Dr. Halil İbrahim Balcı was warning me from the beginning of the process to give up because no one sends you off to this surgery with joy, a real doctor should test the patient’s psychology well. In fact, my doctor’s dissuasive sentences were a test of endurance and faith that a smart person would do, I think my doctor said come and have tea downstairs before the surgery and I passed this test with flying colors when I said let’s do the surgery and then we can have tea 🙂 My process is starting, I settled into my house, I am aware that the real test and the difficult road is the process, I could not get out of bed on my own for the first two or three days during the home process after the hospital because I did not have the strength in my body to lift my leg. When I received the first physical therapy process, I did not have much pain and finally I could lift my leg even slightly, this was very important for me

I live in a 1+0 house and it is quite small for me, having a wide area to walk, a flat entrance to the house and It is important not to have stairs I changed my house shortly after and moved to a bigger house, now my pain started to increase, physical therapy sessions are painful and it hurts a lot when I do knee mobilization movements. After a while, you are afraid of physical therapy and you avoid it, you develop a phobia because you do not want to experience that pain over and over again. But you heal by suffering 🙂

The process generally does not go as you planned, especially when there is pain, you can get upset I did not have nerve pain, but my lower legs were aching from time to time at 4.5 cm If we want the pain to decrease, the most important thing is to address them. We can reduce the pain by walking more and moving more. Pin site pain is very severe at 5.6 cm and can suddenly become unbearable and I applied to my doctor during these processes and they intervene in the wound, they widen the bottom of the needle due to tension, intervene in your wounds with a metal and clean the wound. Even the most durable and highest pain threshold patient cannot stop crying and screaming without a doubt. As a result, this The intervention is done for your own good and you feel better after 1-2 days. Especially the pain in the back pin affects your mobility and sleep a lot.

This surgery is really difficult and if you give up you will be defeated the most important thing is to be patient you should be above the budget you have set as an economy because there may be many additional expenses We stopped the extension yes but if you think your device will come out immediately you are wrong another psychological war is waiting period without extension. You have to wait for the bone to heal without turning for at least 1.5 months this period is much more difficult and does not pass than the period when doing extension but most of your pains will be relieved during this period If there are things you believe in during the process you want to see in the future and desire to live which is why I had this surgery you need to overcome all the obstacles you encounter there are many obstacles but breaking them all is in your hands and you have to suffer is in the nature of this job you heal by suffering actually you have two options either you will continue on your way or you will continue on your way even if there are negative things at the beginning of the process you actually live this process with your mentality completely independent of your body. When I had pain I would talk to my body come on man let there be more pain more pain will not make me give up It makes you stronger and after a while your brain wins over your body 🙂

        Hello,  achraf

sorry i could not enter here because i lost my password so i didnt see your comment. I paid surgery cost as try because im turkish but because of inflation and unstable usd currency in turkey, costs are changing so fast.

I wanted to take as much as i can and i reached 7.8 cm on xray measurements but real height different than this because of leg angle.

I dont know they can do femur and tibia at the same time, to take information you can reach doctor assistant using +**** number.

I finished lengthening in 2.5 months and fully recovered now, almost 6 months progress. I didnt try any lifting weight so far and did t try gym. But yes you have to do streching exercise almost every day. Doctor mentioned all of side effects of that surgery.

Şöyle diyeyim benim ameliyat için yaptığım masraf komple nerden baksan 750 800 arası bişey olmuştur. Ancak ameliyat fiyatları şu an güncel bilmiyorum ameliyat olduğum hastane ve halil hocanın ekibinin bana ayarlattığı oda bayağı lükstü. Buranın özel mesajı varsa ordan konuşalım lütfen.
