The experience varies from person to person. There is no universal restriction. Typically, increasing up to 15% of the original limb length is acceptable for most individuals, and with intensive treatment, it may reach up to 20% of the initial length. Certain individuals possess inherently supple muscles, which could potentially exceed these boundaries; however, this cannot be predetermined. Establish a minimum and maximum goal, such as a minimum of 5cm and a maximum of 7cm, and determine the final extension based on your condition during the last phases of limb lengthening.
