In one of the images, it appears there is an infection potentially linked to an allergy or a poorly managed secondary skin condition. The accountability could lie with both the doctor and the patient (?). In another image, cicatrization has not yet been accomplished. This might be a physiological issue, as it is noted as a possible complication of limb lengthening (LL).
I am unsure how to interpret the other photographs, but I still do not observe any issues in the Rx.
There are individuals present with experience in interpreting Rx, and it would be excellent if Dr. Assayag could provide some insights.
