The front of my thigh, the sides of my thigh, and my hip flexors are very sore, which is making it hard to do the stretches. I am wondering if the nurses will assist me.

My biceps and frontal delts are also sore, probably because I used them to hold my leg up for stretching, as well as for using the walker and wheelchair. I am not entirely sure.

My lats are slightly sore too, likely from using the walker, which is akin to doing static dips.

I am contemplating what food to order when I return to the hotel in a few days. Probably some easily prepared/eaten veggies and an ice cream bar.

There are clicks coming from the gnail device itself, sounding a bit lower pitched but louder.

I also notice what seems to be body clicks, potentially from someone’s knees or hip, not the device. These clicks appear to be quieter and higher pitched. Another person undergoing limb lengthening at the hospital also mentioned this.

When thinking about Mordin Solus from Mass Effect with this sentence structure, it’s like, “I made him a steak! Focused on big picture. Too many variables.”
