I believe it resembles bone fractures. Have you gone through something like that? Not through LL. It could occur while exercising, in a car accident, and so forth. It might also happen due to aging. If you have, how did you manage it?00

Osteoporosis is distinct from a bone fracture. It involves a decrease in bone density that may result in fractures. You manage it through the intake of mineral supplements and medications, as well as engaging in weight-bearing exercises.
No one present is of an age that would have experienced osteoporosis.

I appreciate the clarification. Can a car accident or other accidents in real life result in decreased bone density? Not solely as a consequence of aging?00 -

The most effective way to treat osteoporosis is through preventionEnsure adequate intake of vitamin D, minerals, and protein. Physical activity is also crucial.
Osteoporosis can indeed affect men. In fact, the current projection indicates that 1 out of every 10 men above 50 years old suffers from either osteoporosis or osteopenia.
Due to the lack of screening for men compared to post-menopausal women, it often goes undetected until they experience a fall and sustain a hip or vertebral fracture.
Being inactive, insufficient dietary intake, and low testosterone levels may lead to reduced bone density in men.
To avert bone-related issues, ensure you consume at least 1000mg of calcium daily, raise your vitamin D levels, and consider adding supplements of vitamin K2 and boron.
