I stand at 167 cm in height, with a wingspan of 174 cm and a sitting height of 80 cm.
I am considering a length increase of 6 – 7 cm on the femur and 4 cm on the tibia.
Will it appear strange?00

You might share a picture. Cross limb lengthening isn’t straightforward; it’s not like playing with Lego, lol. If you decide to proceed, it will likely be for just one segment.00 -

Provided that you possess the time, financial resources, and determination for two surgeries, it is advisable to undergo limb lengthening of both bones approximately 15 months apart for optimal aesthetics and functionality.00 -

Can I first undergo limb lengthening of the femur and then wait for a year before proceeding with the tibia?00 -

Performing the cross limb lengthening is quite challenging. Just focusing on the femur, you could observe a significant improvement (6-8cm). Nonetheless, there is an aspect that surpasses LL in importance, and that is addressing your knees, which are evidently valgus (especially the left knee).00 -

Provided you possess the time, finances, and determination for two procedures, then undergoing limb lengthening in both bones approximately 15 months apart is optimal for both aesthetics and function.
I concur… Perhaps even earlier, like 6 months apart, based on your life circumstances.
