I am in the process of lengthening, had my surgery 4 weeks ago by Dr. Goitikas in Athens. The first 3 weeks during the inflamation stage were a little tough, but this past week has been a breeze. Physio is a little challenging, and it’s not fun to perform the stretching exercises daily at home, but this is a small price to pay. I thought this experience would drag on, but the days are flying by. The food in Greece is amazing, the people are great and Dr. G with his team are really amazing. I am already 1.5 inches taller, and I aim to reach about 3.5 inches when I’m done. Super exciting!!!! Really glad I chose Dr. G.
