Unsure about the ideal proportions for limb lengthening, although I have always had a relatively short and stocky build. I aim to increase the femur length by around 3.5-4 inches (9-10 cm) with Rozbruch, or 2 inches (5cm) in femurs and 2 inches in tibias to maintain good proportionality.Imperial:
5′ 8.5″ height
35″ sitting height,
72″ wingspan,
22″ shoulder width
26″ arm length (knuckle to armpit)Metric:
174.5 cm height
88.9 cm sitting height
183 cm wingspan
56 cm shoulder width
67 cm arm length (knuckle to armpit)How do my body proportions look? Also, is it known if Rozbruch will perform lengthening on both femurs and tibias? I lean towards choosing him over Paley, to be honest.

I possess the precise sitting height (89 cm) even though I stand at only 5’5″ or 165 cm.However, it is worth noting that I have a negative ape index and my femurs/tibias are shorter compared to my torso. I believe that my torso/neck/head are either long or my limbs are short.
I suspect that your torso, neck, and head may be shorter than the average, which could potentially impact aesthetics following limb lengthening.
