Located: Ho Chi Minh city, VietNam
Experience: more than 350 cases of legs lengthening
    Complication rate: 5%
    Complications include:
Infection, non-union, damage to nerves and blood vessels, premature consolidation.
Major procedures: Tibial lengthening. (Also performs femur lengthening if patients require it)
Maximum lengthening achievable: 7cm on tibial and 5cm on femur
    Rate of lengthening: 0.75mm/day

    Cost for Ilizarov lengthening: 5000USD
    Cost for L.O.N: 5500USD
The fee includes all medication expenses for legs lengthening (excluding complications)

For accommodation: 5000 USD for 4 months with a company specializing in care for international patients

    Physician

An assistant to support you with your requests or needs during your stay

They will also provide you with a walker, crutches, and wheelchair so you won’t need to purchase anything. As I am staying with them, I can confirm the quality; I’ll take a picture of the room. Very nice accommodations and friendly staff.

A 4-month package is adequate because by that time you will have completed the lengthening procedure, only remaining is the healing phase.

For L.O.N, after 4 months, he will remove your frames

For Ilizarov, after 4 months, you may return to your country with the frame still on and wait for the bone to heal, then have the frames removed in your country (if you prefer), as any doctor can remove it without further surgery, or you can come back to VietNam for him to remove the frames at no additional cost.

If you wish to extend your stay with the company for more than 4 months, they will charge: 650USD/month (feel free to negotiate with them, don’t be shy; if you stay longer, they might offer a

This physician ranks as the second least expensive following Solomin, and he is to undergo investigation for the benefit of the unfortunate individuals of this forum (like myself).

      Hi,

My name is Thao, and I am the assistant to the doctor. I will act on behalf of my doctor to address your inquiries.

      1. We are no longer providing the traditional illizavor. However, we will consider performing it if the patient requests it due to concerns about permanent knee pain. (100% of patients report no enduring knee pain after recovery)

      2. For traditional illizavor or Lengthening over nail, the maximum allowable length for the femur is 6cm. We cannot permit the patient to lengthen beyond the safe limit due to the potential for serious complications.

      3. If you desire more than 6 cm lengthening, may I propose L.O.N tibial lengthening? With tibial lengthening, we can assist the patient in achieving up to 10cm lengthening. (Yet, the safe boundary is 7 -> 8cm)

      4. We raised the price this year. The new pricing encompasses all types of complications. Thus, if complications arise, the patient will not incur any out-of-pocket expenses.

      The cost for L.O.N is:
      8 -> 10cm tibial lengthening: 12,600 USD
6cm tibial or femur lengthening: 12,000 USD.

We utilize Sign Nail from the USA, which has a weight-bearing capacity of up to 200kg per limb.

The quoted price is the comprehensive package for international patients. This includes:

      Surgical procedures (3 operations)
      Complications (All types)
      24/7 doctor supervision
      Nails
      Frames
      X-rays
      Medications
      Support tools
      Physical therapy (daily)
Private hospital accommodations (featuring a private toilet, A/C, fast WiFi, cable TV)
      Personal assistance 24/7.
      Daily room cleaning
      Translator services
      Meals (3 per day)
Bandage changes (once every 3 -> 5 days)
      Visa arrangements

We will look after you from the time you arrive until the day you can walk

I don’t think going to Vietnam instead of Turkey is a good idea. You should look into the US, South Korea, or Turkey depending on your budget.

Lol sure it can be “logical”, but let’s be clear that you will receive exactly what you pay for, which is care from a 3rd world facility with a significant risk that they might mess you up badly. No reputable doctor claims that 7cm-8cm on tibias is “safe” or even proposes allowing patients to go up to 10cm.

I concur with your statement. As I mentioned previously, “don’t have faith in third world doctors.” However, regarding the cost, third world nations are incredibly affordable. I actually consider his price to be quite high for a country like Vietnam, which is exceedingly inexpensive.
