As indicated by the subject, what steps should I take to accelerate the healing process? Even though I am already following all fundamental procedures, are there specific aspects I should explore further? Can I increase my walking using crutches? Will extensive walks with crutches significantly influence bone consolidation?00

The combination of magnesium and spirulina is potent for swift and efficient bone regeneration. I would also suggest using creatine, which helps combat mineral loss in bones and skeletal muscles. Moreover, as mentioned earlier, maintaining a diet rich in protein, getting adequate rest, going to bed early, and ideally sleeping without interruptions are crucial. During deep sleep stages, the growth hormone is activated, aiding muscle growth and recovery. I EMPHASIZE ONCE AGAIN THAT REST IS CRUCIAL, AND IT MUST BE OF HIGH QUALITY.
Lastly, it is essential to exercise correctly. I am not only referring to physical therapy but also performing specific bodyweight exercises once your limbs are more resilient. Subsequently, you can gradually increase the intensity by incorporating light weights in exercises like squats, leg press, and calf raises. This technique is referred to as PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.
I trust that these three recommendations have been beneficial. Best wishes.

Probably not what you want to hear, but, in the end, factors outside your control (specifically, genetics) will be the primary influencer behind your consolidation by a large margin. All other aspects such as diet have a minor impact (unless you engage in something unreasonable like depriving yourself of food).

Surely, nutrition will play a minor or possibly insignificant role if the other two key foundations like rest and exercise are not honored. The genetic aspect is undeniable; the more muscular or longer an individual’s limbs are, the more challenging and painful the process of limb lengthening will be. Greekster and Growing previously mentioned something along these lines.00 -

Throughout the limb lengthening process, I typically slept about 4 hours per night as a result of nighttime discomfort and pain. Additionally, I relied on a wheelchair around 99% of the time, with minimal usage of the walker averaging less than 100 steps per day, representing the extent of my physical activity.Nevertheless, I experienced indications of early consolidation and had to extend by 1.33 and later 1.66 mm daily to achieve my target of 8cm.
Despite lengthening by 8cm, I managed to develop enough bone growth to walk independently after 4 months.
The outcome largely relies on chance and primarily genetics. Measures such as consuming calcium supplements, increasing food intake, engaging in more walking, et cetera, do contribute to some extent but not significantly.

According to Paley in his FAQ on his website (most experienced surgeon in the world) ON AVERAGE:If the complete 8 cm on femurs is performed, you will need to wait 2 months before being able to fully bear weight.
If the 5 cm on femurs is done, it will require a 1-month wait before being able to fully bear weight.
and if 5 cm tibia is carried out, it will necessitate 2 months for the same.
However, it varies depending on age, genetics, exercise, and nutrition…
