      Searching online, I came across numerous results regarding iliopsoas lengthening surgery. However, I haven’t come across any instances of this procedure being done on LL patients. Based on the image provided in the web address, it appears that there is no stress on the iliopsoas muscle during femur lengthening. My understanding is that inadequate length of the iliopsoas muscle can lead to hip flexion contracture, but it doesn’t seem to be the issue you are experiencing.
