Just returned from West Palm Beach (home of the overairconditioned airport and incomprehensible taxi drivers) after consulting with Dr. Paley, who expressed confidence in my ability to undergo limb lengthening of 3 and a quarter inches.
Although not officially scheduled yet, it’s likely to be finalized on the 29th of this month!
I’m a 23-year-old male in good health, currently measuring at 5 8 (or just under in Paley’s office, just over at my local one), aiming to reach 5 11 post-surgery.
The procedure will amount to 85k after IT band releases, following a comprehensive approach without cutting corners, albeit intending to live modestly once I’m out of surgery.
I still need to determine my transportation strategy. While I prefer having my car there for convenience, the additional cost of transporting it is a concern since I plan to travel back a few times and don’t want to be without a car.
It’s quite surreal to realize how far I’ve come; I can still vividly recall stumbling upon this site a couple of months ago. I appreciate any support as the upcoming 3-4 months are bound to be long, lonely, and boring.00

Cool! Best wishes for your limb lengthening (even though I’m confident you won’t require it, having a doctor such as Paley.)00 -

Awesome, I would like to schedule a consultation with Dr. Paley, even though I may not have the funds to cover it, just to have the chance to meet him. Best of luck to you.00 -

Haha, he’s a pretty cool dude, but I don’t think that would be a wise investment!Interestingly, the date I initially wanted was taken, but luckily, an even earlier one, the 22nd, became available! So, I’m all set for that. It’s crazy to think that in just a month, I’ll be taller.

I’ve completed my deposit so my decision is final. Right now, my main concern is whether to have my car transported. It could offer convenience for outings like going to the movies or eating out. However, considering my time will mainly revolve around exercising at the hotel and their available grocery service/buffet, I question its practicality. The cost of around 1400 for round-trip shipping, along with the limited access during brief visits back home, tilts me towards the decision of not having it shipped.00 -

I had a difficult time verifying the receipt of my down payment, but now that it’s confirmed, I’ve settled the total sum. Whoa, 85k gone just like that!
I will be arriving on the 16th to familiarize myself with the area and purchase supplies for the room.00 -

Were you informed about the available booking dates, or were you advised to wait until after your consultation? I inquired yesterday about the timeframe for scheduling my surgery post-consultation, and the lady mentioned she couldn’t provide this information until after my consultation. It’s crucial for me to have this information for planning purposes, which adds complexity to the situation.00 -

I corresponded via email with Paley at the outset. A consultation is obligatory, but he mentioned the possibility of scheduling both appointments concurrently to avoid the need for multiple trips.Nevertheless, I recommend ensuring that you handle their medical clearance forms in advance to prevent any potential frustrations.
Managing all these aspects can be quite complex, so be certain to have all your arrangements in place.
