Hi everyone.
Yes, it’s me, Sweden.Back in 2013 I did 7cm on my tibias over at Dr Sarin in India for $15.000.
I got a bit of X-legs on my left leg so when I go for a run it hurts on the inside of my knees. The pain goes away after a while so it’s no big deal.I’ll be 50 years soon and I can move around freely. Age has taken its toll so I’m not as quick as before though. But I was a superfast pro athlete so compared to average Joe I’m still doing good.
I still have the nails in my legs and they have never bothered me.
I am 180cm now and that’s enough. It would be cool with 4-5 more cm but it takes away too much time of your life and why risk it at this age?If you want to ask anything, go ahead.
I won’t advice you on more than 5cm. All my problems started when I passed 5cm mark. It’s not worth it. And don’t go with cheap options with shady doctors. You’ll regret it.00

Hi, I am 174cm guy. I already did deposit to doctor. I’m gonna do it in turkey, mlpcare clinic for 21500euro but I need rent hotel by myself. LON method femur +6cm. I think I’m gonna do like you I’m wondering do you really feel and look taller? Your family and old friends start looking weirdly like wtf? 😀 Any regrets? Like running is totally same? Shit I’m scared actually00 -

Not really sure or familiar with Turkey but if it feels good for you then go ahead.
Yes, first time i stood up and tried to walk with the walker in the hallway was the best and weirdest feeling in decades. Its the eye level that does it and you’ll notice it maybe the first 1-2 years. Then you’re used to your new height.
I had bad ballerina so i walked on my toes and i towered over everyone being like 185cm+I smiled even though I could barely walk. My legs had lost all muscles and were like small sticks.
Everyone reacted back home but nobody has yet ever said anything to me. When I met my father and hugged him he reacted with ”wow, you’ve grown big”. That was the coolest feeling. That evening I told him everything. Of course he didn’t understand, why would he. Doesn’t matter, we do this for ourselves.
No I absolutely don’t regret it. Maybe I should have stopped at maximum 6cm because I got a bit X-legs so my knees hurt on the inside. I can run and have participated in many competitions. I’ve became pro athlete again in my martial art and still achieved 3 championships post leg lengthening. All I can say is that you need to be determined and you’ll be fine.
I am starting to work on my X-legs more serious right now since I have the time so if it improves I will let you know here. In some angles it can look weird walking with X-legs. Not much, but still.
