I have opted for tibias primarily for aesthetic reasons. The debate is still ongoing, but I believe that elongated femurs can appear disproportionate. The knees seem excessively low, especially evident during running or fast walking. Nowadays, the expectation is for longer tibias as society has ingrained this perception in us. In terms of femurs, you can choose to either modestly increase length (around 5cm) and focus on intense high bar squats, or undergo quadriceps surgery. There are two opposing viewpoints: one advocating for maximizing height gain (acquiring as many centimeters as possible) and the other emphasizing maintaining proportionality (increasing height moderately while preserving a human-like appearance). The decision on the preferable approach ultimately rests with you, as always.
