As someone who has undergone the surgery myself, I even tried the simulator. I believe it’s an invaluable tool for anyone considering this surgery.

I don’t think anything like this simulator exists.

No need to close the poll. As one of the admins here I can’t directly recommend a specific clinic, wouldn’t be right. You can scroll through the forum and read doctor reviews on different threads. Also check the clinic I mentioned in my first reply. Go with the place that feels right to you and get it done there.

The hate is totally pointless. Turkey did this surgery for years at cheap prices and even sold to Europe and China. I’m European myself and had my surgery in Turkey, during my stay I met like 50 other limb lengthening patients there and never saw anyone with serious problems. I even did it with my childhood friend, we stayed together. We both did LON. I gained 7.8 cm and he gained 7.6 cm, exactly what we aimed for.

Turkey kept the prices fair for a long time. Later when prices went up worldwide, Turkey’s prices also rose and I think that’s why people started hating. But the doctors there gained insane experience thanks to the high patient traffic. While a German doc might do 2–3 surgeries a month, Turkish docs were doing 10+ a month. Do the math. More surgeries means better skills and performance.

I’m not defending anyone or getting paid. I’m just telling it like it is as someone who’s been through it. After my surgery I even dedicated myself more to this field and I’ll go back to Turkey again. I don’t think much of Vietnam, met someone who went there and his experience wasn’t positive. Honestly don’t even consider it.

Of course Turkey. Vietnam is still like entry level in medical field and not really there yet for this kind of surgery.

In Turkey, Precice prices are close to Europe now but LON is still very affordable. There are also good new players like Become Taller Clinic making a name for themselves so check them out.

Long story short my answer is Turkey. Honestly if you don’t wanna throw all your savings to the US this should be your first choice.

Man, one time 15 cm is too much. In a single surgery you can aim max 10 cm safely. If you want more, you gotta do two surgeries about a month apart and that can get you 14 cm total. But yeah it costs more.

My advice go for 10 cm first, heal strong, then decide if you really want more. Totally worth it if you’re ready to put in the work. Stay focused and disciplined.

Check their website, there are details about past cases there. Usually, you can find info about the doctor’s previous surgeries or patient reviews too. I suggest going through it from top to bottom. It’s a clinic I can recommend in Turkey.

I don’t think going to Vietnam instead of Turkey is a good idea. You should look into the US, South Korea, or Turkey depending on your budget.

The poll really shows that each country has its own unique “style” of doing things. USA = tech + price. Turkey = affordability + solid work. Europe = variety. Korea = precision and aesthetics. Don’t choose just based on the name, choose based on your goals. The surgery and service you get are basically the same everywhere.

I’ve been into limb lengthening for 3 years and I’ve had the surgery myself, but I still don’t get how the exact same procedure can be sold at such different prices. How can there be a $50,000 difference between two countries? Blows my mind. That’s why I support many developing countries. They make you feel like a god for what you pay.

Yeah, I get what you’re saying. If there’s a demand, it’s only a matter of time before more doctors start offering it.

I haven’t seen much discussion about this, but in theory, hyaluronic acid fillers could provide some cushioning and height increase to the heel fat pad. The issue is how long it lasts, as fillers eventually break down. You might want to check with a specialist in foot or orthopedic injections to see if it’s a viable option.

You’re already at a decent height, but if limb lengthening is something you really want, then it’s worth it. It’s all about how you feel in your own skin.

It’s a solid idea, especially for people who want more personalized guidance or don’t know where to start. But like you mentioned, some clinics already include these services in their packages. To stand out, you’d need to offer something unique or better than what clinics provide. If you can make the process smoother and less stressful, I think people would go for it.

Instead of going to a place that does all kinds of plastic surgeries, I recommend getting surgery from a doctor who focuses only on Limb Lengthening.
