Man, one time 15 cm is too much. In a single surgery you can aim max 10 cm safely. If you want more, you gotta do two surgeries about a month apart and that can get you 14 cm total. But yeah it costs more.My advice go for 10 cm first, heal strong, then decide if you really want more. Totally worth it if you’re ready to put in the work. Stay focused and disciplined.

That would work, and in fact, doing both the femurs and the tibia for a combined height gain is probably much better for body proportions and biomechanics (if that matters to you, some people just want the extra height, which is also totally valid). My recommendation: Lengthen you femur by 8 cm, and then the tibia by another 6 cm (8 cm is a little extreme, since the Achilles tendon is a little less flexible). This means a total height gain of 14 cm, leaving you at 189 cm, which is a very good height height in any country, even the Netherlands. It makes you tall and attractive, without looking like a lanky. Many Models and Actors have a height of 1.88-1.90. Good luck and enjoy!!!10 -

I don’t know man, personally speaking, I wouldn’t to go beyond 4-5 cm that’s very risky and not worth it to me. I’m 178cm barefoot without shoes and my ideal height would be 182cm to 185cm barefoot. After that, to me it’s not worth it.
